Giorgio is a mediocre but ambitious thirty-year-old journalist. His life changes abruptly when the director of the newspaper decides to transfer him to a provincial editorial office. Just when he thinks he has found his new dimension in life, the editor of the newspaper announces to Giorgio his dismissal. Only the shocking kidnapping by unknown persons of the nephew of the most important local businesswoman gives Giorgio back his job as a correspondent. The entire town is mobilized in search of the “monster”.
