Ricordi di oggi

Giorgio Fortis, an old glory of 1960s light music, retires from the stage because he is opposed to singing a song with socio-political content. Forty-six years later, he is convinced by manager and former partner Brenda Fineschi to participate in the song festival Ricordi di Oggi, duetting with Gabriele Vesta, a rising talent show star. At first united by a mutual hatred, due essentially to an anagraphic contrast, the two will discover that they possess a common destiny, having to decide whether to give vent to their expressive needs or bend to the tastes of an audience that does not represent them.
